Our 14-Day Return Guarantee

If you're not happy with your workbook for any reason, you can return it within 14 days of receiving it for a full refund.

Return Eligibility

You may return your workbook for any reason within 14 days from the date you receive it. To be eligible for a return:

• The workbook must be returned within 14 days of delivery

• You must include proof of purchase (order number or email)

• Please note that orders shipped outside the US are ineligible for returns and are a final sale.

Missing or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, is missing items, or you received the wrong workbook, please contact us immediately at books@miaplaza.com. We'll work quickly to resolve the issue and ensure you receive the correct items in perfect condition.

How to Return Your Workbook

To initiate a refund, please go to shop.miacademy.co/apps/return_prime and enter your order number and email. It can take up to 2 business days for your returns request to be processed.

Once your return request is approved, you will be emailed the return shipping label. You must take your workbooks to a USPS post office and use the returns label to send back the workbook.

Please note that orders shipped outside the US are ineligible for returns and are a final sale.

Refund Process

Once your returned workbook arrives at our returns facility:

1. Our team will inspect the item to verify its condition

2. Upon approval, we will process your refund to your original payment method

3. Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account

You will receive an email confirmation once your return has been processed and your refund has been issued.
